Full Itinerary
Day 0: Zanzibar to Arusha (Arrival)
Your safari begins with a domestic flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, your friendly driver will meet you and transfer you to the hotel in Arusha where you will stay overnight. If you arrive early, enjoy a short city tour of Arusha, visiting colorful markets, small craft shops, or tasting Tanzanian coffee. This is the perfect way to relax and prepare for your safari adventure, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Arusha before starting the wildlife experience.

Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Morning after breakfast , you will drive to Tarangire National Park, about 2.5 — 3 hours from Arusha. Carrying your lunch boxes, you will enjoy a full day game drive in this amazing park. Tarangire is known for its giant elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and a peaceful environment. You can also see lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and wildebeests. The park is also a paradise for bird lovers, with more than 550 bird species.
During the day, you will stop for a picnic lunch near the Tarangire River, a beautiful spot to enjoy nature while watching animals drink and interact. The afternoon continues with game drives in different parts of the park, guided by your expert safari guide to ensure you see as much wildlife as possible. In the evening, drive to your lodge in Karatu, where you can rest, have dinner, and enjoy the peaceful lodge surroundings.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
You wake up early and enjoy breakfast before driving to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders. You will stop at the Ngorongoro viewpoint to admire the breathtaking scenery and take photos. Then, descend into the crater, which is home to over 25,000 wild animals. Here you may see lions, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, hippos, and the rare black rhino. Birds such as flamingos, eagles, and crowned cranes are also abundant.
A picnic lunch near the hippo pool allows you to relax and enjoy wildlife in a safe and scenic location. The afternoon continues with a leisurely game drive, taking in the amazing crater floor and spotting animals along the way. In the evening, drive to your lodge Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Lake Manyara to Zanzibar (Departure)
Morning after breakfast, drive you to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, large baboon troops, and a variety of wildlife. The shallow soda lake reflects the sky and is often covered with thousands of pink flamingos, creating a stunning photo opportunity.
A picnic lunch at Endalla picnic site allows you to enjoy the peaceful lake scenery and take photos. After lunch, drive back to Arusha Airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar. Your safari ends with unforgettable memories of Tanzania’s wildlife, nature, and warm hospitality.
