- Day 1: Arrive Arusha → Game drive in Tarangire

Full Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast at your hotel (or airport pickup), your friendly private driver-guide will meet you and start the 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant families and giant baobab trees.
Once inside Tarangire, enjoy a full-day game drive across open grasslands, river areas, and woodlands. This park gives you great chances to see elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffalo, wildebeest, monkeys, and predators like lions and leopards. Bird lovers will enjoy more than 550 species found in this park.
You will have a picnic lunch inside the park, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Later in the afternoon, continue your game drive before heading to your beautiful lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 2: Karatu to Central Serengeti
After an early breakfast, begin your journey to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Enjoy lunch at the gate or in the bush.

Day 3: Central Serengeti to Northern Serengeti (Kogatende)
After breakfast, you will begin your journey from Central Serengeti toward the Northern Serengeti, an area famous for hosting one of the greatest wildlife shows on the planet—the Great Wildebeest Migration. As you drive through the park, you will see changing landscapes, wildlife along the way, and wide, open plains that make Serengeti so unique.
From July to October, the Northern Serengeti becomes the main gathering point for millions of wildebeest and zebras. This is the time when the herds attempt the dangerous Mara River crossings. If you are lucky, you may witness this dramatic moment as thousands of animals leap into the river while crocodiles wait below. It is one of the most unforgettable sights in Africa.
You will spend your day on game drives in the Kogatende area, searching for wildlife, watching predator action, and enjoying the peaceful beauty of the northern plains. Day 4: Full Day in Northern Serengeti (Kogatende)
Start your day early with a full-day game drive focused on exploring the Northern Serengeti. This region is one of the best places to search for the Great Migration herds as they move toward the Mara River. Your guide will drive along the riverbanks and plains, giving you the best chance to witness the famous river crossings.
Throughout the day, you may see dramatic wildlife moments—crocodiles waiting in the river, large groups of wildebeest gathering before crossing, birds soaring above, and predators such as lions and cheetahs hunting near the herds. The scenery is stunning, with rolling hills, rocky outcrops, and endless plains filled with animals.
You will stop for a picnic lunch in the bush, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before continuing your search for wildlife.In the late afternoon, you will return to your luxury camp. Day 5: Northern Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will start your scenic drive from the Northern Serengeti toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This long but beautiful journey takes you through diverse landscapes—open plains filled with wildlife, rolling hills, distant mountains, and traditional Maasai villages where local herders care for their cattle.
Along the way, you will have opportunities to enjoy short game-viewing stops and take in the changing scenery as you travel closer to the highlands. As you enter the Ngorongoro area, the temperature becomes cooler and the views become more dramatic.
You will arrive at your luxury lodge on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater in the late afternoon. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the crater, one of Africa’s most famous natural wonders. The fresh highland air and peaceful surroundings make it a perfect place to relax after the long drive. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge, preparing you for your exciting crater descent the next day.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Fly to Zanzibar

The crater’s rich grasslands, forests, and lakes support an incredible variety of wildlife, making every moment inside this natural wonder unforgettable.
As you explore the crater floor, you will enjoy close-up views of animals such as zebras, wildebeest, hippos, flamingos, hyenas, and many types of birds. The scenery is stunning, with open plains, a sparkling lake, and dramatic crater walls surrounding you on all sides.
You will stop for a picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the crater, giving you time to relax while watching hippos and other wildlife nearby. After lunch, you will continue your final game drive, with more chances to spot unique animals and enjoy the incredible landscape.
In the afternoon, you will drive back to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be dropped at Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar, where your beach holiday begins.

Today you will enjoy the famous Safari Blue excursion, one of Zanzibar’s most popular ocean adventures. After leaving your resort in the morning, you will board a traditional wooden dhow and sail across the clear turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.Your day will include snorkeling at beautiful coral reefs, where you can see colorful fish and vibrant marine life. You will also visit white-sand sandbanks that appear like islands in the middle of the sea—perfect for relaxing, swimming, and taking photos.
A delicious seafood lunch will be served on one of the islands, along with fresh tropical fruits and refreshing drinks.
