Full Itinerary
Day 1 : Arusha to Ngorongoro crater
Drive from Arusha to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater floor for a game drive. All of the Big Five (rhino, lion, buffalo, and elephant) live in this wonderful caldera. Others that live here are zebra, hippo, wildebeest, hyena, and more. Birds include flamingos on the Soda lake, geese, storks, vultures, and more. Your lunch will be served at the picnic site in the Crater at Ngoitoktok swamp, a hippo pool. After lunch, drive back to Arusha.

- Bring appropriate clothing for Safari such as Pants, Long sleeves shirts, Sunglasses, Hats, and Sun cream
- Bring your camera for pictures and binoculars
- You are advised to avoid Black and Blue colors while in the park as they attract Tse tse flies
- You should cover up on a game drive as you spend a day outdoors in Ngorongoro ctater
- You are recommended to bring insect repellant for use in the park
- Visas are required when traveling to Tanzania, Foreigners may apply for a visa online in advance of travel
- A passport valid for a minimum of six months beyond visa insurance and/or date of entry
- Yellow fever vaccination is required for all travelers arriving from or having transited through countries where yellow fever is endemic
